Our new love! Peach and tamarind make such a great combination, It is delicious and refreshing.

Quite easy make too.

Let me introduce tamarind to people who haven't tried it before. Tamarind is a fruit, mainly grown in tropical regions and has a unique tangy taste. The raw tamarind fruit has a strong sour taste, while, the ripened fruit is sweet and tangy, which I love. Tamarind has quite a few health benefits. Notably, tamarind is rich is antioxidants and Iron. Tamarind also has laxative properties (so please don't go overboard with it ;)
