Pistachio Stuffed Poached Pears
I used white wine to poach the pears, spiced with cinnamon and cardamon, which adds an intense flavor to the pears.
Let me put it out there first, I love sweets. Both eating and making. A dessert always makes me happy, and what makes me even happier is seeing others enjoy a good dessert.
